Wrong published time!!
I use zForum in Plone 2.02.
When I add a topic, the display time is faster than my localtime 14 hours!
eg: when I prepair to add a topic, it display "Name: XXX 02/11/2009 - 06:20 PM ", after added, it changed to "Added: 02/12/2009 - 08:20 AM ".
I use Beijing Timezone.(GMT+8).
Who can help me?? T

Stop "spamvertisers"
I guess that is the price to "pay" to have a forum that allows anonymous postings, however, in the "real world" scenario, anonymous postings have almost dissappeared due to this scum, now having said that, all topic additions and response screens will implement an optionally flag, a-la-captcha test,

Convert to .zexp please
I am using a zope hosting site, objectis.org, for all of those saps without servers like me.
My problem is that I cannot upload.tgz, .zip, .tar.gz, or .bz2 files to the hosting site. zForum is one of these file types. I am also too lazy to upload all the files one by one; zForum has a ton of files.

ZForum in Plone 2.5.2 - Exception Value: manage_users

zForum not work in russian lang utf8
Recently has opened a site of our firm. (Zope 2.8, MySQL)
Have loaded zForum - at input of the Russian text all breaks.
Our provider has told that could not solve this problem.
zForum cannot work with the Russian text - a mistake of code conversion utf8

Friendly urls patch.
Hello.
I have patch for the zForum friendly URLs mode, but it isn't tested yet. I have no a lot of time to do it. Please help to test all URLs, if you can. zAdmin templates are not fixed.

zForum 1.0 Release 16 - first load of forum page default language not set correctly

conversion to .xml/.zexp
I am running on a server where .xml/.zexp files are used, not .tgz. Could someone please convert the download to .zexp/.xml?
also, on this server files that have underscores that start the title get deleted automatically, so could someone also please fix that?

Missing Tables installing a new zForum instance
There is a bug in the SQL Patch (text) files that were shipped with zForum 1.0.12, 1.0.14, 10.0.15 and 1.0.16, this affected only to NEW zForum installations.
The problem is that certain SQL patch files, though were supplied in the product, were missing from the main SQL files:

Collapsed Categories to be "Remembered"
When you Collapse a category in zForum (by clicking in the small [+] or [-] next to the category name in the main forum section, the state of the category will be remembered (as you may have guessed you'll have to have cookies enabled for this to work properly).

Custom roles in zForum
zForum does not implicitly need to use its own roles to manage security in a zForum-enabled website, zForum just needs a role for "forum administrator", "forum user", "any user" and "anonymous user", which zope almost 100% of the cases has it already as part of the "standard roles" in any zope/cmf e

Editing Forum Preferences bug in zForum in Plone
If in the forum user preferences, the user generates an error (invalid avatsr upload attempt), zForum is returning the user to a non-plone-enabled user properties page, more than a bug is anuisance since Plone users don't need duplicate user information in the system, (zForum and Plone's).

Admin: Add/Edit Categories Error Checking Bug

Error zForum (1.0.14) in Plone 2.5
When i try to enter a forum within Plone 2.5, I get this following error :
zfGetForumTopics() takes exactly 4 arguments (3 given)
The previous version I used (1.0.8) worked fine.
